Sewella Distillery is a boutique, artisan distillery operating from our 100L still, “Trinket.” Crafted by our Master Distiller, this custom-designed still blends traditional moonshiner techniques with modern innovations to enhance both the quality and efficiency of production.

We specialise in small, custom runs as well as larger bulk orders for clients, providing flexibility for all needs. Beyond our listed products, we offer tailored services, including personalised creations for events and corporate functions, as well as products designed to meet specific dietary requirements.

At Sewella, we’re committed to sustainability. By utilising local ingredients and minimising waste, we reduce our environmental footprint. Any byproducts are repurposed to support crop production at the distillery.
